Dr Chris Sawh is a Consultant Interventional and General Cardiologist who works at both Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital and Spire Norwich Hospital. He performs complex coronary intervention with stent implantation, right heart catheterisation and invasive haemodynamic studies.

Dr Sawh has kept himself up-to-date through his various academic and teaching roles including being an associate professor of medicine at St George’s University, WI and has multiple publications in cardiology peer reviewed journals. He is also a trainer for coronary intervention (PCI) at Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.

He has an active interest in medical education and regularly teaches medical students and junior doctors.

Dr Sawh graduated from medical school in 2002. After attaining membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) during training as a junior doctor in Somerset and Lancashire, he commenced specialty training in Cardiology at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. In 2015 Dr Sawh secured a competitive Interventional Fellowship at Toronto General Hospital, Canada. In addition to PCI, he is also fully trained in Cardiac CT imaging.
